             Articles of the Institution of Trainer Monk Development focus on upholding, enhancing and promoting the dissemination of academic articles, researches, journals and publication towards researchers, scholars, instructors, and people, particularly who are interested in Journals of Buddhism, education, training, social sciences, humanity. Additionally, the integration analysis of new knowledge, interdisciplinary studies, educational development, teaching programs and studies and training for monks and people are included. Furthermore, the journals are an instrument and maintain as the medium of knowledge exchange both in academic Buddhism and application.

Peer Review Process

It refers to the system used to assess the quality of any academic articles, research and journals prior to publishing. Additionally, it is the procedure for the originality, validity, significance and for the assistance to the editorial committee in determining whether the academic articles, research and journals should be published in any journals.

Any academic articles, research and journals published by the Institute of Trainer Monk Development have been assessed and approved by two or three qualified scholars, experts in research fields as well as the editorial committee with double blind peer-reviewed and conditional consideration as follows;

1. The editorial committee shall select any academic articles, research and journals that are relevant to merely specified scope and area.

2. The academic articles, research and journals must not have been published previously elsewhere and must not be under consideration by other journals or publishing houses.

3. The qualified parties or reviewers are required to be solely approved by the editorial committee.

4. The editorial committee shall consider and return any academic articles, research and journals that are criticized by the qualified parties in order to revise them.

5. The final decision in acceptance any academic articles, research and journals depends on the editorial committee if any conflicts towards the qualified parties occur.

6. Any academic articles, research and journals that do not meet the submission guideline shall be rejected. This might include a lack of originality, a poor research design, an inadequate data, a poor writing quality and no new innovative perspective.

Conflict of Interest/Competing Interest Policy

The policy of the editorial committee and the Institution of Trainer Monk Development is the prohibition of the conflicts of interest. Therefore, any academic articles, research and journals of the Institution of Trainer Monk Development shall be considered by the third qualified parties. Contradictorily, any academic articles, research and journals of other institutions shall be considered by the qualified parties of the Institution of Trainer Monk Development as well as no relevant to researchers.

Nevertheless, the either direct or indirect relationship among researchers and the qualified parties must be empirically informed the editorial committee or towards the website of the Institution of Trainer Monk Development. The final decision on any academic articles, research and journals rests with the editorial committee.
