This research aims to study the factors affecting stock prices in a group of companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, SET100 group, whose stock values have been ranked in the SET100 for 10 consecutive years. The research is a quantitative analysis using secondary data consisting of stock prices of companies listed in the SET100 group, dividend yield, Dow Jones Index, GDP growth rate, baht-US dollar exchange rate, inflation rate, and total assets to test the relationship between variables using multiple regression equations to analyze all data statistically, including descriptive statistics analysis and correlation coefficient analysis. And the analysis of the multiple correlation coefficient.

From the study, it was found that the factors that affect the stock price in the same direction as the dividend yield (DIV), GDP growth rate (GDP) and the Dow Jones Index (DJIA). The factors that affect the stock price in the opposite direction are the inflation rate (INF).
Natchapan Wongchai, Panchat Akarak Copyright (c) 2025 Vocational Education Central Region Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/289967 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Assessing Digital Competency of Teachers to Enhance Life Skills of Students in Extra - Large Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/278634
This research aimed to 1) investigate the level of digital competency among teachers who promote life skills in extra - large schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 2) analyze the relationship between teachers' digital competency and students' life skills in these schools. The sample for this study consisted of 276 teachers. The research questionnaire had a reliability of 0.98. Statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and pair difference test by Scheffé's method, with statistical significant level 0.05.

The results of the study were as follows: 1. The overall leadership above leadership of school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was performed at a high level. When analyzed by individual aspects, it was found that all aspects were performed at a high level, with the aspect of facilitating self - leadership receiving the highest mean score. 2. The comparison of superleadership among school administrators by gender showed no significant statistical differences. However, a statistically significant difference was found in the aspect of promoting self - leadership among staff, where male teachers expressed stronger opinions compared to female teachers. 3. When comparing the leadership above leadership of school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 based on work experience, no significant difference was found overall. However, when analyzed by specific aspects, a statistically significant difference was found in the aspect of enabling personnel to be self - leaders. Teachers with more than 10 years of work experience had a higher opinion of the leadership above leadership of school administrators than teachers with less than 5 years of work experience. This suggests that teachers with more experience tend to have a more positive view of the leadership above leadership of school administrators.
Nannaphat Chowmuangnon, Mitparnee Pumklom, Pongsak Ruamchomrat Copyright (c) 2025 Vocational Education Central Region Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/289485 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Factors Affecting Bakery Purchasing Decision Behavior in Bangkok https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/278604
This research aimed to 1) analyze demographic factors influencing bakery purchasing decision - making behavior in Bangkok and 2) analyze marketing mix factors influencing bakery purchasing decision - making behavior in Bangkok. The research instruments included group discussion record forms, questionnaires, and a handbook on the research-based management model for the College of Innovation, Fiscal Year 2024. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 3 involved evaluating the management model for the College of Innovation using a research-based approach, Fiscal Year 2024, by five experts selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a utility evaluation form covering four aspects: accuracy, suitability, feasibility, and usefulness. The data were analyzed using frequency and percentage.

The research results revealed that:

1.)The basic information for developing the management model for the College of Innovation using a research-based approach, Fiscal Year 2024, consisted of five aspects: self-awareness, fulfillment, practical application, collaborative knowledge sharing, and recognition and dissemination of research outcomes. The developed management model for the College of Innovation using a research-based approach, Fiscal Year 2024, comprised three components: (1) 12 operational elements of the model implementation; (2) five steps in the model development process; and (3) five components with 56 quality indicators. The trial implementation of the handbook at Nakhon Pathom Technical College showed that the college defined its vision, mission, and goals to develop students as innovators through
a systematic research process. Teachers analyzed instructional problems and enhanced their knowledge, leading to research-based teaching through five research steps: problem analysis, research planning, research implementation, data analysis, and research conclusion, with collaborative learning throughout the process. However, the lack of continuous supervision by research experts resulted in some discontinuities in the research process. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen expert supervision to further improve research quality.

The evaluation results by experts indicated that the management model for the College of Innovation using a research-based approach, Fiscal Year 2024, was appropriate, feasible, accurate, and beneficial for practical application.
Chanakomsorn Kongyuen Copyright (c) 2025 Vocational Education Central Region Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/289863 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Relationship Between the Transformational Leadership of Administrators and Job Motivation of Teachers in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/289450
The research aimed to study the transformational leadership of administrators, job motivation of teachers in schools, and the relationship between the transformational leadership of administrators and job motivation of teachers in schools. The research instrument was a five – level - rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient with a statistical significance level at 0.05.

The findings were as follows:

The transformational leadership of administrators, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as idealized influence, inspiration motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation.

Job motivation of teachers in schools, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as interpersonal relationship, salary, work itself, working conditions, advancement, and achievement.

The relationship between the transformational leadership of administrators and job motivation of teachers in schools in overall had a high positive correlation with statistical significance.

Sarana Apisitsathien, Nipon Wonnawed Copyright (c) 2025 Vocational Education Central Region Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/IVECJournal/article/view/289450 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700
