Streaming has become the leading technology in the online mainstream digital world.
Streaming is essentially different from traditional downloading where users need to download and copy music to their computer first in order to play it. Since streaming technologies allow users to view or listen to music or movies online in real time, it undoubtedly supersedes downloading to become the main instrument to experience the online world. Apart from its productive function, the reason for the increased use of this form of digital transmission is the
increase of available broadband connection and the development of internet, which enables access everywhere and at any time.
