The Various Rights Involved under International Copyright Law in relation to streaming services.

Streaming is an emerging industry used widely in various sectors. which significantly gains as technological advances and innovations have enabled users to access online content at any time from anywhere. The inception of this streaming technology has superseded the way of traditional content downloading. Since the evolution towards more streaming among consumers has grown immensely in recent years, new and challenging legal issues around this streaming have arisen. The unauthorised retransmission of sports and entertainment industires telecasts over the internet have become one of the main concerns in streaming piracy. The issues of streaming are still unsettled in terms of legeal protection especially in a copyright perspective.
This article explores and critically analyses various rights of using streaming technology in the internet under the international copyright laws and copyright protection at an international level. The ways of protecting copyrighted streaming work will also be proposed accordingly. Legal challenges remain as to whether the legal regime for copyright protection to the streaming services is sufficient.
