International Law and Regional Security: A Case Study of the Conflict in the South China Sea

บทความนี้ต้องการศึกษาความขัดแย้งในทะเลจีนใต้ต่อความมั่นคงของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ในฐานะองค์กรความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค (ASEAN) โดยอาศัยแนวคิดเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศ (International Political Economy) และกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศเป็นกรอบทางความคิดเพื่อศึกษาผลและแนวโน้มของความขัดแย้งต่อความมั่นคงของ ASEAN อีกทั้งเพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการดำเนินนโยบายของ ASEAN บทความนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ 1). ภูมิหลังของความขัดแย้ง 2). ความมั่นคงของ ASEAN ภายใต้กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ 3). ความมั่นคงของภูมิภาคในกรอบเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศ และ 4). แนวโน้มและแนวทางในการแก้ไขความขัดแย้ง
