Legal issues concerning the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in stock market investment advisory

At present, there has been technological development until it has created Artificial Intelligence (AI). And such artificial intelligence has been applied to investments resulting in legal issues that the existing civil and commercial law for example Fiduciary duty, Duty of care, Duty of loyalty including Good Faith. How much or how much can be applied to AI? by studying the case of an investment advisor.
