The samples consisted of the 269 administrators, teachers and educational staffs under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Selected the Stratified Random Sampling .The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire, the index of congruence between 0.67 - 1.00, and the reliability value was 0.946, the statistic of data analysis consists of percentage, average (mean), standard deviation, Pearson's coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation.</p> <p> The results of research were found that 1) the School Administrative Factors was at the high level, 2) the level of the Learning Organization was at the high level, 3) the Administrative Factors had positive relationship with Learning Organization, and 4) Factors that can predict the learning organization had 2 factors as factor of Organizational structural and a factor of Organizational atmosphere and culture. This was able to predict the success at 84.80%.The predict equations was as follow: The Unstandardized Score form (equation) is Y = .761 + .535X2 + .295X4 and the Standard Score form (equation) is Zy = .630(Z2)+ .642(Z4)</p> <p> </p> Nipawan Kaewta, Sopa Amnuayrat Copyright (c) 2025 Udon Thani Rajabhat University Academic Journal https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/281897 Fri, 27 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Development of Physical Activity Packages to Increase Attention Span in Children with Autism https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/282910 <p>Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by impairments in behavior, communication, and social interaction. Children with autism often experience skill limitations, including a reduced attention span and difficulty maintaining focus on a single activity over time. This study aimed to: 1) develop a set of physical activity interventions to enhance the attention span of children with autism, and 2) compare their attention span before and after participating in the intervention. The sample group consisted of five children aged 3 to 6 years who were medically diagnosed with autism and selected through purposive sampling. Research instruments included: 1) a set of physical activity interventions designed to increase attention span, 2) the SNAP-IV behavioral rating scale, and 3) attention span evaluation forms for both teachers and parents. Timed observations were conducted throughout the activities. The intervention lasted five weeks, with sessions held five days per week. Descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test were used to analyze the data. This research was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Khon Kaen University, approval number HE663177.</p> <p>The results of the study revealed that 1) The developed physical activity set demonstrated strong content validity and suitability, as evaluated by experts at the highest level, indicating the reliability and appropriateness of the tool for the target group. 2) There was a statistically significant increase in attention span among the children after participating in the activities. The total post-intervention score was 708 points (𝑥̅ = 4.72, S.D. = 0.15), which was significantly higher than the pre-intervention score of 204 points (𝑥̅ = 1.36, S.D. = 0.15), with significance at the .05 level.</p> Rungfa Simma, Chanita Phimsri, Benjamaporn Choikhruea Copyright (c) 2025 Udon Thani Rajabhat University Academic Journal https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/282910 Fri, 27 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Development of Mathematic Learning Activity on Fraction by Using SSCS Model with Bar Model Technique for Achievement in Mathematics and Problem Solving Abilities of Prathomsuksa 6 Students https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/283639 <p>The purposes of this research were 1) to develop learning activities on fraction by using SSCS model with bar model technique 2) to study and compare the students mathematics achievement before and after being taught learning activities by using SSCS model with bar model technique. 3) to study mathematics problem solving ability by using SSCS model with bar model technique. The target groups consisted of 24 Prathomsuksa 6 students who were studying Mathematics in semester 2, of the academic year 2024 at Anubannonghanwittayayon School, Nong Han District, Udonthani Province. The instruments used in this study were divided into 3 parts: 1) 12 lesson plans on learning activities; activities on fraction, 2) students behavior observation The interview questions were also operated at the end of the process. The tests were used at the end of the practice cycle as the students' practice reflection, and 3) the test form of students ability on mathematics problem solving and students mathematics achievement. Data analysis used means, finding percentages, standard deviations.</p> <p> The results of this study were shown as follows: 1. Development of mathematics learning activities on fraction by using SSCS model with bar model technique of Prathomsuksa 6 students process could develop the ability of math problem solving and mathematics achievement of students which revealed 4 practical steps: Step 1; Search, Step 2; Slove, Step 3; Create, Step 4; Share 2. The students' ability on mathematics achievement after being taught by mathematics learning activities on fraction by using SSCS model with bar model technique. the mean score before learning was at 20.83 or 68.19 percent and after learning mean score was at 26.21 or 87.36 percent respectively. And 3. Students had ability on mathematics problems solving after being taught by mathematics learning activities on fraction by using SSCS model with bar model technique. The mean score after learning was 17.41 or 87.08 percent. Students had an average score after learning more than 75 percent and the average score after learning was higher than before learning.</p> pakjira Naphol, Butsawan Saenpluem Copyright (c) 2025 Udon Thani Rajabhat University Academic Journal https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/283639 Fri, 27 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Management of Buildings Premises and Environment Affairs of Rajaprajanugroh Schools in Maehongson Province https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/UDRUAJ/article/view/283787 <p>This study aimed to examine the actual states, the expected state, and the priority needs index regarding the management of buildings, premises, and the environment, as well as to explore the management approaches for buildings, premises, and the environment of Rajaprajanugroh Schools in Mae Hong Son Province.
