This study was mixed-method research. (1) the measurement and analysis from the perspective of government resource supply, quantitative analysis was adopted, and Guangdong Province, Hubei Province, and Gansu Province were selected as sample provinces, and 2019-2021 was taken as the study cycle. The statistical analysis was mean, frequency, and standard deviation for measurement and analysis. (2) From the perspective of residents' sense of cultural access, qualitative analysis was adopted, combining interview survey and questionnaire survey data for analysis. There were 30 users of public digital cultural services in the interview survey. A total of 586 questionnaires were collected.</p> <p> Major findings: (1) A measurement model for the equalization of basic public cultural services in urban and rural areas in China was low overall, especially in the areas of cultural capital input and cultural product supply; China's mobile cultural facilities as a whole showed a serious lack of status of; there was a serious lack of digital resources in rural areas; and there was a high degree of equalization of mass cultural institutions. (2) The comprehensive analysis of the imbalance between urban and rural basic public cultural services from the perspectives of government resource supply and residents' cultural access sense, and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the status and problems that rural and urban residents had a low level of equalized access to culture, caused by the dual factors of insufficient participation and insufficient satisfaction. The gap between rural residents' sense of access to culture and that of urban residents was obvious. Whether manufacturing enterprises can realize digital leapfrog development is a question worth pondering. It is imperative to embed digital technology into the traditional manufacturing industry and promote its transformation. We take Xiamen's manufacturing industry as the research object, combined with the actual development of the current enterprises’ digital transformation, on the basis of the original technology acceptance model (TAM), adding the variable of perceived risk, and constructing the extended technology acceptance model. We use the structural equation model and questionnaire method, and we find that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive impact, perceived risk has a negative impact, and perceived usefulness has a mediating effect between perceived ease of use and digital transformation attitudes, and digital transformation attitudes are perceived risk and digital transformation. There is a mediating effect between willingness. The digital transformation attitude produces a positive effect on the digital transformation intention, and the digital transformation intention also produces a positive effect on the digital transformation behavior. The snare drum is a versatile and expressive percussion instrument due to its sensitivity and responsiveness. It can use different drumsticks to make different sounds, and it has different gestures to strike, which is more attractive to students to learn. The snare drum can be learned faster and easier. Study the rudiments of snare drum teaching, construct a snare drum handbook, and explain the characteristics and practice methods of different rudiments of snare drum. The handbook contains 9 chapters, 13 knowledge points, and 32 etudes of different lengths. This handbook gives explanations and exercises from the simplest rhythm knowledge to advanced stroke so that students can learn every rudiment step by step and enhance students' interest in learning. After the handbook was completed. This study aimed to develop an instructional model to improve student feedback literacy at a vocational college in Guangxi, China. The acquisition of qualitative data involved conducting an extensive literature review, which was subsequently scrutinized to integrate the indispensable skills and the strategies influencing student feedback literacy. A questionnaire was created and circulated among 1203 students in three vocational colleges, with the aim of gathering quantitative data. The findings showed high levels of student feedback literacy in the three targeted schools, Mean 3.63, S.D. .995. Simultaneously, the strategies that influence student feedback literacy were found to be online and offline teacher feedback, online and offline peer feedback, feedback files, and authentic feedback. Conducted through a combination of fieldwork and literature research, this study sheds light on the multifaceted dynamics that shape interfaith interactions in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The fieldwork component involved informal dialogues with religious leaders and participants engaged in interfaith initiatives, complemented by observations conducted in Chiang Mai between the period of 2022-2023. <strong>The findings of this study reveal that</strong> interfaith dialogue initiatives have played a pivotal role in fostering harmonious relationships among diverse religious communities in Chiang Mai Thailand. The benefits derived from interfaith dialogue initiatives are manifold. Notably, they include the enhancement of cooperation and unity among religious groups, the cultivation of a culture of positive peace, education in breaking barriers, and personal and societal impact among others. However, challenges also emerge, such as organizational and structural in nature, social and cultural dynamics, attitudinal barriers, and preconceived ideas. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that effective societal change necessitates ongoing dialogue. Beyond dispelling religious preconceptions, addressing structural violence and cultural discrimination through open conversation is imperative for all parties involved. Through a multidisciplinary research approach drawing upon cultural anthropology, ethnomusicology, and performance studies, this research elucidates Ms. Li's mastery of traditional singing techniques and the enduring relevance of Niu Ge Folk Opera as a vital component of Guangxi's cultural identity. Field observations, interviews, and document analysis form the basis of data collection, providing valuable insights into Ms. Li's artistry and the context of Niu Ge Folk Opera. Thematic analysis and Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) facilitate the interpretation of data, revealing Ms. Li's nuanced approach to breath control, vocalization, and character portrayal. The findings underscore the importance of preserving traditional art forms and celebrating the role of individual performers in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage. Deb-Rumphoey proposed to study, via document analysis, strategies and techniques in writing novels that convey political historical knowledge. The researcher employed the qualitative method of examining the texts and techniques used by the author. The results revealed that the author applied 14 strategies in conveying Chinese political history knowledge. These strategies however did not produce the impression that the author was trying to impose knowledge on the reader. On the contrary, the strategies enriched the storyline of the novel. Employing a non-equivalent control groups design, the sample comprised 100 eleventh-grade students from Marie Upatham School during the first semester of the 2024 academic year, selected through purposive sampling. Fifty students were allocated to both the experimental and control groups. The instruments used included eight weeks of lesson plans utilizing task-based instruction with authentic materials, pre-post English proficiency tests, and a questionnaire on students' attitudes toward task-based instruction with authentic materials. Data analysis involved independent-sample t-test and paired-sample t-test. The results indicated that students who received task-based instruction with authentic materials outperformed those who received PPP instruction in posttest English proficiency scores. Furthermore, students' attitudes significantly improved after receiving task-based instruction with authentic materials. The research tool was an interview form. The statistical analysis was a descriptive method.</p> <p>The research found that<strong>: </strong>(1) regional tourism was a complete tourist destination, with tourism as a dominant industry in the region, unified layout planning, overall marketing and promotion, comprehensive overall management, and optimization of public services. Then promote the transformation of tourism in the past single scenic spot construction and management mode to achieve the quality, modernization, internationalization, and intensive development of tourism. (2) the role the government played in global tourism was considering the definition of regional tourism and government functions, the development of regional tourism is a new type of regional development<strong>. </strong>(3) The current situation of regional tourism in Guangdong Province at present, there were two 5A-level tourist attractions and 31 4A-level tourist attractions on the coastline of Guangdong Province. Among them, Shenzhen coastline tourism was the most developed, with the highest product quality, with a 5A, 4A tourist attractions. Data analysis was done by using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24. The result of the study is that there is a significant positive effect of employee training and employee empowerment on employee performance. However, there is no significant positive effect of employee promotion on employee performance. And there is no significant positive effect of employee training and employee empowerment on organization performance. However, there is a significant positive effect of employee promotion on organizational performance. In addition, there is a significant positive effect of employee performance on organizational performance. Also, there is a mediation effect of employee performance in the relationship between employee training, employee empowerment, and organization performance.
