This research is a semi-experimental study. The population included Mathayom 1 students in the second semester of 2020 academic year. A researcher chosen the sample group by using an achievement motivation questionnaire. Then the researcher selected the sample from two classes of the lowest score. The study divided into 2 groups. 45 students of each classroom the conducted group and the sample group. Research instruments are Model Techniques with Counseling Activities Planning, achievement motivation questionnaire and Satisfaction Survey. The researcher used the average, standard deviation and statistic test (Non-Parametric Statistics) to perform data analysis.</p> <p><strong>                The research results found that:</strong></p> <p>               1. The research result found that the conducted group wich participated to the activity after research in Model Techniques with Couseling Activities Planning to develop achievement motivation, by using an achievement motivation questionnaire were deserved higher score before the research by statistically significant at .05 level.</p> <p>               2. The sample group wich participated to the activity after research in Model Techniques with Counseling Activity Planning to develop achievement motivation, by using an achievement motivation questionnaire were deserved higher score before the research by statistically significant .05 level.</p> <p>               3.
