This development research was divided into 3 steps: 1) to study the problem condition of teaching materials preparation according to the Thailand 4.0 guidelines; 2) to create and develop a model for teacher development in teaching materials according to the Thailand 4.0 guidelines and 3) to try out and evaluate teacher development model in teaching materials according to Thailand 4.0 guidelines.</p><p>            <strong>The results of the study were as follows:</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">             1. The problems in the preparation of teaching materials according to the Thailand 4.0 guidelines for teachers of Det Udom Technical College. Overall, the problem was at a high level.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">             2. The model of teacher development in teaching materials according to Thailand 4.0 guidelines of Det Udom Technical College consists of 5 components: (1) development objectives (2) development scope (3) development process (4) development methods and 5) development evaluation</span></p><p>             3. The results of the experiment and evaluation revealed that teachers were able to produce and used teaching materials in the Thailand 4.0 era. The students were satisfied with the use of in teaching and learning. The conclusion, it is at a high level. The students have increased academic achievement. Therefore, the model of teacher development in teaching materials according to the Thailand 4.0 guidelines is appropriate and useful. Overall, it's at a high level.</p> ER -
