The researcher visited the area for interviews and group discussions with a total population of 58 persons for collecting data and then analyzes and synthesizes the data to acquire the knowledge in research according to the objectives.</p><p><strong>             The results of research found that: </strong></p><p>             Problem conditions in learning and teaching management of moral monk teachers in Muang district, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were 1) the problem of the monk teachers, it must have an understanding of course content, there is no knowledge development based on content, (2) problem conditions in learning and teaching media, there are no teaching materials, teaching does not cover the content, (3) teaching and evaluation problem conditions, it has not understand the system of measurement and evaluation and evaluation does not up to standard and (4) problem conditions in learning and teaching, there is no extra activities.</p><p>             Factors for efficiency development of moral monk teachers in Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were (1) development factors of moral monk teachers, moral monk teachers had to develop themselves in relation to knowledge in order to relay, it must be the preparation, (2) development factors in learning and teaching media, the having skills in producing teaching materials because it will lead to an understanding of the use of media to match the point and content of the curriculum, (3) development factors for measurement and evaluation, the development of measurement tools which the tool was a measure of the accuracy and (4) development factors of teaching and learning activities, there are creating motivation, there are activities, there are a variety of learning and teaching activities.</p><p>             Development guidelines of teaching efficiency of moral monk teachers in Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were (1) development guidelines of working efficiency, it should adhere to the principle of 4 powers (Iddhipada)to increase effort (Viriya) and it has diligence in working, (2) development guidelines of teaching media efficiency, it should be taught according to the curriculum and the content taught. In terms of creating teaching materials, there must be understanding and being able to use technology to help enhance it, (3) development guidelines of the measurement and evaluation efficiency, measurement and evaluation tools were created and also tools were examined and (4) development guidelines of learning activities efficiency, There should be activities for learners to take action to find answers and have social extra-activities.</p> ER -
