How Can Buddhism Stay Relevant in Today's Capitalist Environment?

Abstract

The Center for Buddhist Studies, Chulalongkorn University, organized a seminar on January 21,2015, at the Conference Room 707 of its Boromrajakumari Building. Participants were Buddhist scholars from a number of institutes. The question of the seminar was put forward by Professor Emeritus Prcccha Changkhwanyuen and taken up by Professor Apichai Panthasen who led the discussion. The following is a summary of the deliberations.
