TY - JOUR AU - Phrom-ubol, Chulaluk AU - Chongcharoen, Koolchalee AU - Tuntirojanawong, Suttiwan PY - 2022/05/12 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - Influence of Technological Leadership of School Administrators on Teachers' Ability to use Technology to Learning Management of Teacher in Surat thani Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon JF - Journal of Education Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University JA - edu-rmu VL - 19 IS - 1 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edu-rmu/article/view/256504 SP - 190-206 AB - <p>The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of technological leadership of school administrators; (2) to study the level of ability to use technology for learning management of teachers; (3) to study the relationship between technological leadership of school administrators and ability to use technology for learning management of teachers; and (4) to study the influence of technological leadership of school administrators on ability to use technology for learning management of teachers.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research results were as follows: (1) both the overall and specific aspects of&nbsp; technological leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level (2) the overall ability to use technology for learning management of the teachers was rated at the high level (3) the school administrators’ technological leadership and the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management correlated positively at the high level, which was significant at the .01 level; and (4) the aspects of school administrators’ technological leadership affecting the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management were the aspect of supporting and encouraging teachers to use technology in instructional management, the aspect of&nbsp; knowledge and ability of educational technology, and the aspect of legal and ethical knowledge of technology;&nbsp; all of these &nbsp;could be combined to predict the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management by 48.5 %, which was statistically significant&nbsp; at .01 level</p> ER -
