LESSONS LEARNED FROM MORAL SCHOOL IN NONG BOU LUMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to studies context, potential, obstructs and success factors of a school master of the Moral School Project in Udon Thani. The key informants comprise of school developing stakeholders. We used retrospect, after review techniques, future scenery and best practices. Data gathering by documentary analysis, group discussion, in-depth interviewing and imaginary drawing. Then content analysis was used to analyze the compile of data. The findings were as follow: the school was developed by participatory school based administration with integration of knowledge management and stakeholder parties. Output of the development comprise of both objective and subjective outputs. Outcome were the teachers developed learning management techniques, students have knowledge and process skills as standards and benchmark determined and the school administration committee were developed to used participatory school based administration. The impacts were: students were equipped to have career skills, safety and sufficient lunch food, more responsibilities and unity. And also students and teachers were more order. Success factors were 1) inspiration from government organizations, 2) Resources integration from party networks, 3) parents and community participation and empowerment from party networks. Developmental sustainable will be continued by 1) continuing of participatory school based administration and cooperation of concerned organizations and 2) communities should be keep contact and confident in schools.
