This article aimed to present the characteristics of student teachers. The word “Teachers” are the mothers and fathers who teach us everything. In the palace, there were sages and nobles who taught morals and ethics. After a change in the way of living, learning has been changed. The boys had classes in martial arts, and the girls, such as rolling the betel leaf, cooking, and weaving.

The person who trains and teaches nowadays is the "teacher.” Teachers are responsible for providing education. "Education" is the learning process of individuals and society through the transfer of knowledge, training, seminars, cultural continuity, creation and academic progress. Moreover, teachers also provide a learning environment, society, learning and supporting factors for people to learn continuously throughout life.

A teaching profession is a person who has developed appropriate knowledge, skills, attitudes and specialized fields of knowledge.  Teachers also develop professional competence by conducting activities that focus on the development of teacher professional competence with core competencies and secondary competence leading to the development of student teachers.
