Research tools included 1) the additional studies curriculum of the Baan Hintang local knowledge of Thai language for primary students, 2) pretest, posttest, and evaluations of the students towards the additional studies curriculum of the Baan Hintang local knowledge, and 3) Satisfactory surveys of the students towards the additional studies curriculum Baan Hintang local knowledge of Thai language for primary students. The analysis used in this study includes the mean, standard deviation, and the t-test. The results were as follows: <br>1. In developing the curriculum for Baan Hintang local knowledge of Thai language for primary students has important components which are; the vision, the mission, the goals, expected desirable learning outcomes, course descriptions and the mapping of the concept unit, documentation and additional materials for Baan Hintang local knowledge curriculum. These include the academic learning management plan, essential learning times, expected learning outcomes, and learning activities divided into 3 parts; introduction, teaching, and conclusion. The overall quality of the curriculum was at high level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 4.24, S.D. = 0.05) Also, the appropriateness of the learning management plan for Baan Hintang local knowledge of Thai language was high level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 4.43, S.D. = 0.04).<br>2. The results of the reading comprehension showed that after the usage of the curriculum there was a greater level of significance of .05 before using the curriculum the mean was at (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 30.56, S.D. = 1.16) using the curriculum the mean was at (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 50.8, S.D. = 1.18).<br>3.
