Abstract

This study aimed to develop and study the results of the development of a palliative care system in end of life patient at Yasothon Hospital. In this study, the researcher integrated Donabedian's quality concept. And Kolcaba's Theory of Comfort. The sample consisted of two groups, which were selected for the end of life patient. Among them were 15 outpatients and 15 inpatients, and 2) 10 nurses in charge of palliative care. It is a research tool. And collect information Conduct research between October 2019 - September 2020.

             The results of the study showed that the palliative care system Yasothon Hospital has 3 components: 1) Competency Development of Professional Nurses 2) Palliative Care Practices. End of life patient using the concept of Kolcaba 3) continuous care system The results of the system development showed that 1) End of life patient had a lower PPS score in the second evaluation in both groups, and 2) the mean outcome scores of palliative care in outpatient and inpatient patients. Develop a system higher than before development. significantly at the .05 level 3) the patient's satisfaction with overall satisfaction ( = = 4.75, SD = .13) 4) and all aspects were very high 4) satisfaction. The nurses were satisfied with the care system with overall satisfaction ( == 4.75, SD = 0.13) and all aspects at a very high level.
