Abstract

     This study was 2 case study aimed to study nursing care in a case study of 2 pregnant women with prematurity who received treatment at the delivery room of Waeng Noi Hospital. Khon Kaen. Case study comparing two pregnant women with preterm labor by applying the concept of 11 health patterns in planning for pregnancy.

     Results: Case Study 1: A 27-year-old patient, G3P2-0-0-2, received antenatal care at Waeng Noi Hospital at 23 weeks gestational age, received Ferous Sulfate orally at home for 2 months, and followed up on blood test results. 2 Found an increase in Hct. Came to check up only 4 times during pregnancy. Had amphetamine abuse. Drink alcohol once a week when socializing with friends. By taking drugs and drinking alcohol continuously until birth The labor was 3 hours and 40 minutes before coming to the hospital. Birth at 35+5 weeks gestational age. Normal labor. The baby was
a female. Birth weight 2,130 g, body length 48 cm, APGAR SCORE = 10 , 10 Infants after birth, first 2 hours, DTX = 40 mg/dL, Hct = 66%, requiring further observation and hospitalization. But the baby also had pneumonia. Therefore, continue treatment at the hospital for another 7 days, but has a shortness of breath The doctor therefore referred the baby to a provincial tertiary hospital for treatment.

     Case Study 2: A 19-year-old patient, G2P1-0-0-1, received antenatal care at Waeng Noi Hospital at 23 weeks' gestational age, received a booster dose of Tetanus toxoid vaccine, and came to check up 6 times during pregnancy. Factory work in shifts and working overtime, taking little rest, not having meals at all Birth at 36+6 weeks gestational age. Normal labor. The baby is a male. Birth weight 2,400 g, body length 50 cm, APGAR SCORE = 9 , 10 The first 2 hours postpartum, DTX = 91 mg/dL, Hct = 67%, requiring further observation and hospitalization. But the baby also had pneumonia. Therefore, he continued to be treated at the hospital for another 7 days.
