Effect of an exercise program for delaying renal impairment in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 in the community Muang District, Udon Thani Province

This study was a quasi-experimental study. The subjects were 6 patients with stage 3 chronic kidney disease (60.33±4.18 years old with an estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) of 52.22±4.33 ml/min/1.73 m2 were screened and participated in the exercise. Results: The eGFR was unchanged when compared before and after 6 and 12 weeks of exercise (p>0.05) Conclusion: 12 weeks of exercise in the form of home exercise helped slow down kidney deterioration in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3.
