This research is a descriptive research to study knowledge. Attitudes and prevention of unwanted pregnancy among adolescent girls Nakhon Phanom Province The sample is Adolescent girls in Nakhon Phanom Province were 946 people divided into 473 formerly pregnant and 473 non-pregnant groups. The research instruments were general information questionnaires. knowledge questionnaire Attitudes and prevention of unwanted pregnancy among adolescent girls Pregnancy Prevention Questionnaire A questionnaire for obtaining information and support for pregnancy prevention willing to participate in the research The study was conducted between April and August 2018 for a total period of 5 months. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, comparison and size between population variables. Tests for differences in proportions were tested with Chi-square statistics. Significance was set at P<0.05. Prevalence ratios were calculated. The results of the study comparing knowledge and attitudes between unintended and unintended adolescent girls found that the two groups had different opinions in almost every aspect except the severity of pregnancy, which stated that “pregnancy Adolescent pregnancies pose a significant risk to maternal and fetal health.” “Most unintended adolescents drop out of school. causing a loss of educational opportunities” and the benefits of preventing pregnancy, saying “Prevention of pregnancy will not lose opportunities in life”. Issues that have very different opinions include: 70 percent of pregnant women agree, while non-pregnant women agree 42 percent. “Adolescents are not ready for having children.” 1 percent of pregnant women disagreed, while 48 percent of non-pregnant women agreed.
