Abstract

     This research was a quasi-experimental research. The objective was to compare the quality of life and anxiety level of ectopic pregnancies patients undergoing preoperative and postoperative preoperative and postoperative data acquisition. The sample group was ectopic pregnancy patients who had undergone surgery. Kalasin Hospital according to the specified qualifications, 35 people. The research tools consisted of pre- and postoperative information plans. Data were collected using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (Thai Version) and Anxiety Scale with confidence values of 0.74 and 0.70, respectively. surgery From preoperatively until discharge from the hospital, quality of life and anxiety were reassessed 1 month after surgery. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparing mean scores, quality of life and anxiety levels before and after the experiment using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.

     The results showed that 29 out of 35 subjects entered the research process completely after the experiment. The subjects had a mean quality of life (MEAN = 96.10, S.D. = 3.38) higher than before (MEAN = 92.86, S.D. = 3.20). ) with statistical significance (Z = -4.311, P<.001), the anxiety levels before (MEAN= 7.34, S.D. = 1.67) and after the experiment (MEAN = 7.03, S.D. = 1.38) were different. There was no statistical significance (Z = -1.482). The structured preoperative and postoperative information delivery is one of the nursing guidelines that should be encouraged to be used to improve the quality of life of outpatients. a surgically operated uterus
