This study was case study. Aimed to study and compare the symptoms, treatment, complications and nursing care of patients with septic shock, two case studies, and to propose guidelines for caring for patients with septic shock. Study by selective selection Two patients were diagnosed by a doctor as having septic shock and were admitted to the internal medicine department. Kalasin Hospital.
The results of the study found that
Case study 1 Thai female patient, age 68 years, main symptoms are fever, cough, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, symptoms 2 days before coming to the hospital. Case study 2, female patient, age 74 years, main symptom is fatigue and fatigue. Can't eat Body pain that occurred 7 days before coming to the hospital, history of co-morbidities high blood pressure Receive medication intermittently While the patient was in the care of the patient, he was in shock. respiratory failure along with low blood pressure high blood sugar levels Acidosis and had abnormal fluid levels Received treatment using a ventilator.
