THE PARTICIPATION IN FUND MANAGEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH SECURITY FUND TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABILITY FOR PEOPLE IN NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

This cross-sectional survey study aimed to study The Participation in Fund Management of The Community Health Security Fund to Achieve Sustainability for people in Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The samples consisted of 398 people aged 20 years and over of Nong Bua Lamphu Province with multistage sampling method. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square analysis, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient statistics. The results of the study found that Participation in Fund Management of The Community Health Security Fund to Achieve Sustainability for people was at high level for 63.3%, moderate level for 34.2%, and low level for 2.5% respectively; whereas, the factors that related to the Participation in Fund Management of The Community Health Security Fund to Achieve Sustainability for people were statistically significant (p-value < 0.05) were marital status (X2=6.937), attitude (r=0.571) and social support (r=0.694)
The results of this study suggest that the responsible agencies in the area should promote Participation in Fund Management of The Community Health Security Fund to Achieve Sustainability for people in terms of the participation in the Implementation, Attitude towards the Implementations and, social support for Implementations
