This study was a case study to compare pneumonia patients with acute asthma attacks in the emergency room. Kho Kaen Hospital tools used to collect data include Gather information from patient medical records Assessment of nursing problems and needs using Gordon's 11 health model framework. To know the problems and needs of patients, use the information to plan nursing care for pneumonia patients with acute asthma attacks in the emergency room, leading to nursing.
results: From the case study, the two cases were elderly men with a history of pneumonia, which from their related history had a high chance of developing acute wheezing. Must be admitted to the emergency room urgently. and must be quickly assessed in critical situations and provided with effective nursing care to help reduce severity and reduce the death rate of patients. and planning assistance from service entry until transfer from the emergency room to the ward. To keep patients safe and have good quality.
