Nursing care of patients with idiopathic congenital clubfoot: a case study

The purpose of this study was case study to compare nursing care for congenital clubfoot with idiopathic causes. Results: Both case studies had congenital clubfoot. It has been treated since birth. and continued treatment for 1 year and 3 years by receiving treatment with Wear a splint to correct your foot. Surgery to pop the tendon Stretching the Achilles tendon in the foot and wearing a Dennis brown bar (DBB) foot bending device. The difference in patient care is the use of foot bending. It was found that case study 1 The foot brace is not worn continuously, which may cause clubfoot to recur. and had to undergo surgery again. Case study 2 Treatment after surgery involves wearing a foot brace continuously according to the doctor's treatment plan.
