ประสิทธิผลโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง โรงพยาบาลร่อนพิบูลย์

การศึกษากึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental research) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพ (Health-related quality of life; HRQoL) ของผู้ป่วยในเขตอำเภอร่อนพิบูลย์ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2566 ถึง เดือนพฤศจิกายน 2566 ระหว่างกลุ่มทดลอง (n = 71) และกลุ่มควบคุม (n = 71) โดยก่อนและหลังกระบวนการวิจัยผู้ดูแลทั้งสองกลุ่มได้รับการประเมินความรู้และทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วยในขณะที่ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองได้รับการประเมิน HRQoL ด้วยเครื่องมือ EQ-5D-5L (European Quality of life 5 Dimension) และแบบประเมินความเจ็บปวด (Visual Analog Scale; VAS) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ทดสอบไคสแควร์ (Chi-square test) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลลัพธ์หลังจากได้รับโปรแกรมเป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน ทำให้ผู้ดูแลมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นและมีทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วยเพิ่มขึ้น(p<0.001) นอกจากนี้ ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองมี HRQoL เพิ่มขึ้น โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย EQ-5D-5L และ EQ-VAS เท่ากับ 0.663± 0.18 (เพิ่มขึ้น +0.44) และ 71.97± 13.71 (เพิ่มขึ้น +23.10) ตามลำดับ และมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p<0.001)
