Risk management of budget management at Benjamarachalai School under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 1

This research was survey research. The objectives were 1) to study the level of risk management in budget administration and to present the risk management guidelines in budget administration of Benchamaracharalai School under the Royal Patronage, Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 1, which has a sample group of directors, deputy directors, and teachers of Benchamaracharalai School under the Royal Patronage, Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 1, academic year 2023, totaling 80 people. The research instruments are questionnaires and interview forms, which are obtained by purposive selection. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For qualitative data, content analysis was used.
The research results found that 1) The level of risk management in budget administration of Benchamaracharalai School under the Royal Patronage, Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 1, was at a high level. 2) The guidelines for risk management in budget administration of Benchamaracharalai School under the Royal Patronage, Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 1, consisted of 6 aspects, namely, strategic risk, operational risk, compliance risk, information technology risk, and organizational credibility risk, respectively.
