การประเมินผลรูปแบบการคัดกรองรอยโรคก่อนมะเร็งและมะเร็งช่องปากจังหวัดเชียงราย

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการคัดกรองรอยโรคก่อนมะเร็งและมะเร็งช่องปากของจังหวัดเชียงราย ปี พ.ศ. 2554 ถึง พ.ศ. 2568 นำไปพัฒนาปรับปรุงรูปแบบการคัดกรอง ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทปัจจุบัน ใช้กระบวนการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ทันตบุคลากรผู้มีบทบาทเกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินงานคัดกรองรอยโรคก่อนมะเร็งและมะเร็งช่องปาก จำนวน 46 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และการประชุมถอดบทเรียน วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive analysis) ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านบริบทและด้านผลผลิต คะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (mean 4.1 SD 0.9 และ mean 3.7 SD 1.0 ตามลำดับ) ด้วยการนำนโยบายการคัดกรองสู่การปฏิบัติและกำกับอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทันตบุคลากรตระหนักถึงคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้ป่วยหากตรวจพบรอยโรคตั้งแต่ระยะแรก และได้ผลลัพธ์ตามเป้าหมายของกระทรวง ด้านปัจจัยนําเข้าและด้านกระบวนการ คะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean 3.2 SD 1.0 และ mean 3.4 SD 1.0 ตามลำดับ) ด้วยแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยตรวจพบรอยโรคของเครือข่ายทันตบุคลากรจังหวัดเชียงราย ชัดเจน สะดวก เหมาะสม ทันตแพทย์เฉพาะทางเพียงพอต่อการให้คำปรึกษา ทันตบุคลากรมีความรู้และทักษะเพียงพอในการตรวจคัดกรองรอยโรคเสี่ยงมะเร็งช่องปากเบื้องต้น สามารถนำผู้ป่วยเข้าสู่ระบบการดูแลรักษาครบถ้วนต่อเนื่อง โดยสรุป รูปแบบการดำเนินงานคัดกรองรอยโรคก่อนมะเร็งและมะเร็งช่องปากจังหวัดเชียงราย สามารถคัดกรองพบอุบัติการณ์ผู้ป่วยรอยโรคก่อนมะเร็งช่องปาก ปีงบประมาณ 2565 ถึง 2567 เฉลี่ย 4.5 รายต่อแสนประชากร
