การพัฒนาและประเมินต้นแบบนวัตกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลผ่าน LINE Official Account สำหรับการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่คาสายสวนปัสสาวะที่บ้าน: การวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบหลายระยะ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลผ่าน LINE Official Account สำหรับการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่คาสายสวนปัสสาวะที่ทดลองใช้ในกลุ่มญาติผู้ดูแล 10 ราย เป็นระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมานด้วยสถิติ paired t-test
ผลการศึกษาระยะที่ 1 พบ 4 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ ช่องว่างด้านความรู้และทักษะในการดูแล การขาดระบบติดตามและช่องทางสื่อสารที่เข้าถึงได้ ความวิตกกังวลและภาระในการดูแล และความต้องการสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่สามารถทบทวนได้ตลอดเวลา ขณะที่ระยะที่ 2 พบว่าต้นแบบนวัตกรรมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับสูง และคะแนนความรู้และทักษะของผู้ดูแลเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับสูง
