การใช้แอปพลิเคชันร่วมกับน้ำยาตรวจสอบการล้างมือเพื่อประเมินตนเองและปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ กรณีศึกษาแผนกผู้ป่วยในอายุรกรรมในโรงพยาบาลแหลมฉบัง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของการใช้แอปพลิเคชันร่วมกับชุดตรวจสอบสุขอนามัยมือในการส่งเสริมการประเมินตนเองด้านความถูกต้องของการปฏิบัติสุขอนามัยมือของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในแผนกผู้ป่วยในอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลแหลมฉบัง เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองชนิดกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (One-group Pretest–Posttest Design) ศึกษาในบุคลากรทางการแพทย์จำนวน 40 คน ประกอบด้วยแพทย์ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ และผู้ช่วยพยาบาล ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยได้รับการประเมินตนเองด้านความถูกต้องของการปฏิบัติสุขอนามัยมือก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชันร่วมกับชุดตรวจสอบสุขอนามัยมือ DesiCoach® ซึ่งใช้หลักการตอบสนองทางสายตา (Visual Feedback) และให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับแบบทันที วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา Wilcoxon signed-rank test และ Paired t-test กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 31.83 ± 7.65 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 90.0) และเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ร้อยละ 72.5 ภายหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชันและชุดตรวจสอบสุขอนามัยมือ พบว่าระดับคะแนนความสะอาดของมือจากการประเมินตนเองสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.01) โดยสัดส่วนผู้ที่มีคะแนนมากกว่า ร้อยละ 90 เพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 2.5 เป็นร้อยละ 45.0 ขณะที่ผู้ที่มีคะแนนต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 60 ลดลงจากร้อยละ 17.5 เหลือร้อยละ 2.5 นอกจากนี้คะแนนจากแอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่าคะแนนการประเมินตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (85.55 ± 11.86 เทียบกับ 73.50 ± 11.16 คะแนน; mean difference = 12.05, 95%CI 8.89–15.21, p < 0.001)
