ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้และความเชื่อมั่นกับการเลือกบริโภคอาหารริมบาทวิถี ของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ ความเชื่อมั่น และการเลือกบริโภคอาหารริมบาทวิถี และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้และความเชื่อมั่นต่อสุขาภิบาลกับการเลือกบริโภคอาหารริมบาทวิถีของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ จำนวน 150 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ

      ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การรับรู้ด้านสุขาภิบาลอาหารริมบาทวิถีอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 98.70 (Mean = 46.59, SD = 2.31) ความเชื่อมั่นต่อสุขาภิบาลอาหารริมบาทวิถีอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 98.00 (Mean = 45.34, SD = 2.33) และการเลือกบริโภคอาหารริมบาทวิถีอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 98.70 (Mean = 48.45, SD = 1.94) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมนพบว่า ความเชื่อมั่นมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเลือกบริโภคอาหารริมบาทวิถีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ρ = 0.308, p-value < 0.001) ขณะที่การรับรู้ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กับการเลือกบริโภค (ρ = 0.137, p-value = 0.095) การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่า ความเชื่อมั่นต่อสุขาภิบาลอาหารริมบาทวิถี (B = 0.149, β = 0.179, p-value = 0.033) อายุ (B = 0.027, β = 0.203, p-value = 0.034) และภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลาง (B = -1.826, β = -0.246, p-value = 0.009) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเลือกบริโภคอาหาร
ริมบาทวิถีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยแบบจำลองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการเลือกบริโภคได้ร้อยละ 17.4 (R² = 0.174; Adjusted R² = 0.088)
