บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยเชิงทดลองศึกษาทางห้องปฏิบัติการนี้มีขอบเขตการศึกษาครอบคลุมผลิตภัณฑ์ป้องกันแสงแดดสำหรับผิวกายที่วางจำหน่ายในเชิงพาณิชย์และได้รับความนิยมสูงสุด 10 อันดับแรก โดยใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกตัวอย่างผ่านเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนแบบผสมผสาน (Composite Scoring Method) ตามข้อมูลยอดจำหน่ายและกระแสตอบรับบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ดำเนินการด้วยเทคนิค Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) ร่วมกับการย่อยตัวอย่างด้วยวิธี Microwave-Assisted Acid Digestion ตามมาตรฐาน US EPA Method 3052 ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับความเข้มข้นของโลหะหนัก ได้แก่ ตะกั่ว (Pb) แคดเมียม (Cd) และนิกเกิล (Ni) ในทุกตัวอย่างอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) แห่งประเทศไทย และสอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสากลของ US FDA (สหรัฐอเมริกา) และ BVL (เยอรมนี) ผลการศึกษานี้เป็นการยืนยันความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ป้องกันแสงแดดแบรนด์ไทย ซึ่งเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการกำกับดูแลทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับสากล
