Modern libraries must address diverse user needs by integrating digital technologies that enable users to access information and services anytime and anywhere. Additionally, there is a strong focus on training library staff to develop technological and user service skills. The design of library spaces must foster collaboration, learning, and innovation, by creating co-working spaces and organizing activities that promote activities, such as workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. Moreover, cooperation with educational institutions and local communities is crucial for positioning libraries as learning hubs catering to users' diverse needs. Looking ahead, libraries must redefine their role as platforms for lifelong learning, leveraging emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance service efficiency and information management. By interpreting and analyzing data from aerial photographs and satellite imagery divided into 4 time periods, along with focus group discussions with community leaders. The results showed that the Muslim communities along Rangsit Canal had 2 settlement patterns. During 1995 and 2013, the settlement patterns were mostly clustered along roads and canals, which is the traditional Thai settlement pattern. Between 2002 and 2022, the settlement patterns were mixed, including clustered residential areas of various types, and dispersed patterns expanding from central locations such as government offices, hospitals. Important local employment centers in the area were Navanakorn Industrial Estate and Navanakorn Market and Aiyara Market. When studying the distribution patterns of Muslim communities in Khlong Luang District, it was found to have the characteristics of a point with index values in the form of an index called the Nearest Neighbor Index. The Khaew Nimit Muslim community and Lam Sanun Muslim community had index values greater than 1, indicating a dispersed settlement pattern. It was found that 1) criteria for internal educational quality assurance at the faculty level were found to be the operations of student services in various areas in order to develop the quality of education for students to be most effective. It was found that most personnel have knowledge and understanding of educational quality assurance criteria. The research population consisted of residents in the Khet Rom Klao Housing Community, with a sample size of 397 individuals. Key informants included 19 community leaders. Statistical methods employed included frequency, percentage, meanx ̅standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and correlation coefficient. Qualitative data analysis involved content analysis and interpretation. Research Findings: 1) Overall community participation in drug prevention and suppression was high (x ̅ = 4.15); 2) Overall, factors affecting community participation in drug prevention and suppression were also high (x ̅ = 4.03); 3) Hypothesis testing revealed no significant difference in opinions regarding community participation in drug prevention and suppression among different personal factors. The research population consisted of residents in Ko Kret Subdistrict, with a sample size of 374 individuals and 7 village headmen (one from each of the 7 villages) providing key information. Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean (x ̅), standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and correlation coefficient. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and interpretive summary. Research findings: 1. Overall public participation in waste management was very high (x ̅ = 4.47). 2. Overall factors influencing participation in waste management were high (x ̅ = 4.42).<br>3. Hypothesis testing showed no significant difference in opinions on waste management participation among different personal factors. The correlation analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between waste sorting (r=.874) and participation in waste management. 4. Strategies for promoting participation included waste recycling and providing opportunities for feedback. The research population comprised residents of the Lalin community, with a sample size of 241 individuals. Key informants included 9 community committee members. Statistical methods employed included frequency, percentage, mean (x ̅), standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and correlation coefficient. Qualitative data analysis involved content analysis, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings revealed: 1) High levels of participation in waste sorting ((x ) ̅= 4.56); 2) High levels of influence from various factors on waste sorting participation (x ̅ = 4.53); 3) Hypothesis testing indicated no significant difference in opinions regarding waste sorting participation across different individual factors. Including evaluating the usage and satisfaction of users of the database system. The information that is collected and organized into a database consists of topography climatic characteristics, geology, soil characteristics and Streams. User evaluations are satisfied with the performance of the database system first, mean was 4.60 with the highest level of satisfaction. The second place is that this information system can be a medium for disseminating and publicizing information, news or activities of Dong Lakhon Subdistrict. The mean was 4.58 with the highest level of satisfaction. The third place is the database that can be used easily and not complicated. The mean was 4.51 with the highest level of satisfaction.
