The participants were 43 fourth year English major students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The research instrument was TOEIC mock test consisting of 100 questions for the listening part and 100 questions for the reading part. The data was analyzed by using percentages. The results showed that listening for main idea and prediction were the two most problematic, followed by inferencing and listening for specific details.
