This study was carried out by means of the mixed method research of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The samples used in this research included 170 administrators and teachers in Phrapariyattidhamma schools in Khon Kaen Province. The tool used in collecting the data was the rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Content Analysis.</p> <p>The research results were shown as follows:</p> <p>     1. The leadership based on good governance principles of Phrapariyattidhamma school administrators, General Education, in Khon Kaen Province was statistically rated a high level of practice in the overall perspective. The most practical aspect was seen in the aspect of ‘Accountability’, followed by ‘Morality, Responsibility and Cost-Effectiveness’ and the least practical was that of ‘Rule of Law’.</p> <p>     2. The guideline for leadership development based on good governance principles of Phrapariyattidhamma school administrators is as follows: 1) the administrators demonstrate vision and operational leadership initiatives; 2) administrators should show that mutual trust and are able to solve problems and adapt technology in their duties; 3) administrators show transparency to their colleagues; 4) administrators should allow and convince co-workers to propose ideas for creating work in the organization; 5) administrators should perform their assigned duties honestly and 6) administrators should be aware of the resources to be used in each work.</p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Buddhist Education and Research}, author={Punyatharee (Saisomdat), Natthakit and Thanaphaet, Chulpnpoorn and Vatasatto, PhraHonda}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={105–116} }
