Teachers are expected to be the key to solving the social and develop student potential as human resource desirable to compete internationally. In order for teachers to fulfill their roles and responsibilities successfully, they must use skills, knowledge, abilities, experiences to apply to work. Including thoughts, feelings and expressions in creative ways to work and the work environment enjoy the work done.
