The lesson plans at the level of 75/75 2) to compare English communication skills of grade 4 before and after using the phonics teaching method. The sample size of the research was 14 in 1 room of the second semester of 2020 academic year calculating used purposive sampling. Research methods were used as following 1) Phonics teaching method lesson plans for grade 4 were 10 lesson plans and 2) Reading test of objective test and subjective test for grade 4 students. Data were collected by using mean, the standard deviation, E1/ E2 and t-test dependent score.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The result showed that: the efficiency of phonics teaching method lesson plans of grade 4 was 77.06/77.62 that was higher than the level of 75/75 and English communication skills achievement of grade 4 by phonics teaching method with was higher than the criteria at the statistical significance of .05.</p> ER -
