Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the response to online media in the case of rape killings of students in the Bachelor of Public Administration, Police Administration Program. and 2) to comparative between personal factors with the response to online media in the case of rape killings of students in the Bachelor of Public Administration, Police Administration Program. A sample was selected from the number of 400 Police Administration students. The research instruments were a questionnaire.By finding the frequency and percentage, finding the mean and standard deviation, Analyzed by t-test independent and One-way ANOVA.


The results of the research revealed that 1. Responding to online media acceptance in rape killings of students in the Bachelor of Public Administration, Police Administration Program The results of the research showed that Regarding follows up on crime news of the sample group, follow when the trend is highest Regarding the channel for tracking crime news via online media the most In terms of discussing crime news with friends the most Regarding the study of legal issues in cases of interest, some laws were studied. Most want to punish as required by law. There are some ongoing news updates.


  1.  Comparison of personal factors and response to online media in the case of rape killings of students in the Bachelor of Public Administration Program The police administration department found that gender, school year, residence status, income/income of students per month have no criminal news tracking. Regarding follow up on crime news of the family differently. The aspects of following up on crime news of friends are different. Regarding the channels for tracking crime news via online media was no different.
