The Factors Causing Stress of the Traffic Police in Samsen Police Station, Dusit, Bangkok

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the stress level of traffic police at Samsen Police Station, Dusit District, Bangkok and 2) to compare the stress levels of Traffic Police, Samsen Police Station, Dusit District, Bangkok Sample groups include Traffic police from Samsen Police Station, consisting of 28 people, from a total of 30 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire consisting of 3 aspects which were working condition, economy and pollution. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test independent comparison, one-way ANOVA, data analysis using social science software packages

The results showed that; 1. Mainly for the stress of traffic police at Samsen Police Station, Dusit District, Bangkok Was at a medium level (= 3.07, S.D. = 0.45) and when considering each aspect found that The top 3 highest mean values ​​are 1 for pollution (= 3.27,S.D. = 0.77) is at a medium level, followed by the second side, the economy is at a moderate level (= 3.09, S.D. = 0.57), followed by the third side, working conditions Was at a medium level (= 2.84, S.D. = 0.63)
