Abstract

Patrol Police Development: A Case Study of Bang Phlat Police Station. Objectives of this research: 1. To study the performance of police patrols of Bang Phlat Police Station. 2. To study the problems and obstacles of the patrolmen of the Bang Phlat Police Station. 3. To study the pattern or the appropriate development approach of the patrolmen of the Bang Phlat Police Station. The researcher relied on the qualitative data analysis is bringing the information obtained from interviews, observations, analyzes by qualitative data analysis by using a semi-structured interview. The researcher raised important techniques and consistent with the research as follows: Population in the study, the informant was the Bang Phlat Police Station Patrol officers used in the sample group of 8 officers. The results of the research on the development of the Patrol Police, Bang Phlat Police Station Overall, it was found that the problem encountered in the patrol work was that the patrol officers had insufficient personnel to perform their duties and budget for spending, equipment such as fuel, firearms, radio communication, tools used in patrol operations which is essential in the performance of the patrol police officers Bang Phlat Police Station. Expected benefits to enhance the efficiency of police patrols in the Bang Phlat Police Station area Along with the development of work to create satisfaction for the people in the area who will receive the service and care of the police patrols in the Bang Phlat Police Station area.
