<p><strong>This research is documentary research aiming to provide academic clarification regarding the meaning, importance, principles, objectives, scope, duties, characteristics, similarities, and differences with educational management, duties, responsibilities, and skills of educational administrators including challenges to educational administration in the 21st century from the viewpoint of academics for the benefit of use in various occasions such as curriculum preparation, curriculum administration, teaching and learning, research, and educational administration practices, especially to the challenges of the 21st century. The research results found that educational administration covers many dimensions, such as educational levels, educational models, strategies, management, and levels of educational institutions. <p>The purposes of this research are to 1) study the needs and basic information for developing an English writing packages. 2) develop and find out the effectiveness of an English writing packages. 3) study the results of using an English writing packages with task based learning technique and concept mapping technique 4) Evaluate and improve the English writing packages. The sample for this research was Mathayomseksa 2 students from Saiyokyai School, Kanchanaburi Province. There are 48 people studying in the 2/2023, using simple random sampling. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, dependent t-test, and independent t-test at statistical significance of 0.05. The results of the research found that 1) Students needed English writing packages content that close to them and express feelings and opinions. It should be colorful with engaging and enjoyable content. Moreover, it should progress from easy to difficult and the evaluation should involve both teachers and students. 2) The effectiveness of the English writing packages was 84.91/84.54. 3) The learning outcomes was higher than before studying and after studying 2 techniques was not different. <p>The objective of this study on the river bank erosion and deposition of Chao Phraya river and Pasak river in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province in last 20 years. By using the remote sensing technology and satellite images of the rivers during 2000, 2010, and 2020 to find the boundary to the river bank erosion and deposition area by Modified Normalized Difference Water Index (MNDWI).The study indicates that during 2000–2010, there are 116 eroded spots or 0.515 km2 along the rivers and the erosion rates are 0.005 km2 per year. The most erosion area is located in Bang Sai district. During 2010–2020, there are 12 eroded spots or 0.050 km2/year along the rivers and the erosion rates are 0.005 km2 per year. The most erosion area is located in Bang Pa-in district. During 2000-2010 there are 32 deposited spots or 0.094 km2 along the rivers and the deposition rates are 0.009 km2 per year. The most deposited area is located in Bang Pa-in district. Although, there are 119 deposited spots or 0.767 km2 along the rivers and the deposition rates are 0.077 km2 per year. The most deposited area is located in Bang Sai District. In Comparatively, the bank erosion raised in 2010–2020 while the deposition raised in the period of 2000–2010. <p>Subject Research on Models and roles in remedial care for the elderly from dangerous infectious disease situations in Loei Province, the objectives are 1. To study the concept of healing the well-being of the elderly according to the principles of public welfare of the Buddhist way, 2. to study The Model for promoting the well-being of the elderly during the situation of dangerous infectious disasters of Wang Saphung Municipality, Wang Saphung District, Loei Province, and 3. To study the principles and application of the Buddhist Dharma principles of meditation centers in the lifestyle of the elderly. The results of the research were as follows: It was found that 1. The concept of restoring the health of the elderly according to the principles of public welfare in the Buddhist way has 2 forms: 1) psychological healing, which is holistic care for the well-being of the elderly, i.e., the 3 goals of life, the Trisikkha principle and 4 Bhavana principles as a framework for action, and 2) material remedies that rely on religious organizations and social policies to support them. 2. Model for promoting the well-being of the elderly during the situation of dangerous infectious disasters of Wang Saphung Municipality, Wang Saphung District, Loei Province, it was found that promoting the well-being of the elderly has 5 aspects: physical aspects, namely, promoting regular exercise; Psychological aspects, such as gathering religious activities, Meditation etc. Social aspects, such as promoting participation in recreational groups. Spiritual aspects include Buddhist activities and environmental aspects include appropriate housing arrangements. Family members need to be attentive and 3. Principles and application of Buddhist principles of one meditation center in the lives of the elderly. This research study population as follows: 1) School for the elderly, Mueang District. 2) School for the elderly, Wang SA Phung District, two places. Group of key informants: 112 people. Research that combines participatory research with action research including qualitative research methods The results showed that (1) Elderly people with deteriorated bodies Young people's activities should not be used with old or elderly people. Elderly people will be very happy. When you have the opportunity to go to a temple, listen to a sermon, pay respect to the Buddha, and pray, the elderly are not lonely, not alone, not abandoned. Because there is a school for the elderly there are teachers, children and grandchildren helping to take care of them. This creates rules; customs, traditions, and culture that help bind society to be strong and stable. There is also a mechanism for encouraging people to do good deeds. This will result in people in the community living happily both physically and mentally. Ultimately, it has a positive effect on health. (2) Public welfare in the Buddhist way of the Sangha is an activity to provide public benefit in terms of social welfare, both individual assistance and public welfare. With monks leading the community in providing relief to disaster victims in various areas such as mental development. Community and local development promoting the preservation of arts and culture Emphasis is placed on mental development as an important principle. <p>The purpose of this research was to compare reading comprehension achievement. Between using the SQ4R learning management method and using the 4MAT learning management method together with skill training and compare the effectiveness index of reading comprehension exercises using both types of learning management methods. The sample group was 24 students in grades 1 - 6 of Roi Et Rajabhat University Demonstration School, semester 2, academic year 2023. Using the Purposive Sampling method, the research tools were skill training exercises and tests to measure reading comprehension abilities. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean (), and standard deviation (S.D.).The results of the research found that 1) Comparison of reading comprehension achievement. Using the SQ4R learning management method has an efficiency of 88.53/80.00, while using the 4MAT learning management method has an efficiency of 78.83/84.17, which is higher than the set criteria of 75/75 for both methods. 2) Comparing the effectiveness index of reading comprehension exercises using the 4MAT learning management method, the effectiveness index was equal to .73. Learners made progress in learning using the skill training exercises. Up to 73 percent which has a higher statistical value than using the SQ4R learning management method, which has an effectiveness index of .60 The students have improved in learning by using skill training. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) to study administrators’ academic leadership of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group; (2) to study learning organization of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group; and (3) to study the correlation between academic leadership of administrators and learning organization of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group. This research was a survey research. The population included 318 teachers of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group. The sample was obtained via stratified random sampling technique, comprised of 175 teachers of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group 3. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this research were found that: (1) administrators’ academic leadership of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group were at high level in overall and all aspects; (2) learning organization of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group were at high level in overall and all aspects; and (3) the correlation between administrators’ academic leadership and learning organization of schools in Praewa Kham Muang School Group were highly positive correlation at statistical significance of the .01 level.</p>Tiraya NamwongSomkid Sakunsatapat

<p>This study aimed to evaluate physical therapy students' perception of 21st-century learning skills and their satisfaction with community-based education in the course "Community Physical Therapy 1." The study involved 55 third-year physical therapy students using the PAOR process, which includes Planning (P), Acting (A), Observing (O), and Reflecting (R). At the end of the learning activities, students assessed their 21st-century learning skills and satisfaction with the community-based teaching model. Data analysis using mean and standard deviation. The results indicated that students' perception of 21st-century learning skills after the community-based teaching was at the highest level (x= 4.56), with all individual skills also rated at the highest level. Specifically, the highest scores were in ethics, professionalism, and adherence to the code of conduct for physical therapy (x= 4.76) and the application of theoretical knowledge (x= 4.64). Additionally, overall satisfaction with the community-based learning model was also at the highest level (x= 4.66). In conclusion, the community-based learning model in the "Community Physical Therapy 1" course significantly promotes 21st-century skills and students are highly satisfied with this learning model</p>Aunrat Srithawong
