Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. To study the level of people's satisfaction in using the BTS Green Line Extension (Northern Side) at Mo Chit Station, 2. to study personal factors affecting public satisfaction using the BTS Green Line Extension (Northern Side) at Mo Chit Station, 3.To study the factors affecting service usage and satisfaction with using the BTS Green Line Extension (Northern Side). The samples were 181 budget analysts. The tool was questionnaires. Data was analysts by statistical software. Statistics for data analysis were frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, One Way ANOVA. The level of significance was set at 0.05. The study found that the satisfaction of the users of the BTS Green Line Extension (Northern Side) at Mo Chit Station was at a high level. The hypothesis test results showed that. The sample group with different sex, marital status single, occupation and income had different satisfaction. available sample Different age, education level had no difference in satisfaction. In addition, the sample group with objectives, period of time to use the service waiting time Different people have different preferences. As for the sample group with different frequency of using the service, they had the same satisfaction
