The Project Assessment for Moral Development of Student by Buddhist Oriented School of Ban Nongnahai Nonsa-ard School Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area 1 by Using the CIPPIEST Model

The objectives of this research were 1. To assess the project of moral development for the students by the method of Buddhist oriented school for Ban Nongnahai Nonsa-ard School and 2. To study the guidelines for support and developing the morality of students by the method of Buddhist oriented school for ban Ban Nongnahai Nonsa-ard School. This research was mixed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data from 3 groups as the administrators, project manager and participants for 169 persons. The instruments using for collecting included 2 groups as 1) questionnaires for 2 volumes such as volume 1 with the reliability of 0.86 and volume 2 with the reliability of 0.89 and 2) the interview. The analysis of data includes mean, standard deviation and analysis of content. The results of findings were as follows : 1. For overall of the results on project assessment were passed the criteria for all aspects and were appropriate in high level. There was found that the aspect with the highest level was the process. But, the participants were passed the criteria for all aspects and were appropriate in high level and the aspect with the highest level was the knowledge transferring and 2. The guidelines on support and development the morality of the students by the method of Buddhist Oriented School for Ban Nongnahai Nonsa-ard School Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area 1 were as follows: There would be on limit the objectives and appropriate time for the project, performance on training for knowledge and ability of teachers for project operation, conclusion and report the results of operation for each activity, support the students’ activates for bringing the Buddhist doctrine for thinking’ base, improving the virtue of the students on the method of Buddhist Oriented School, making the confidence from the school for the concerning people, performance on activity of praying, regular listening the Buddhist sermon and performance of information sign for conveying the Buddhist doctrine in the school and out of school.
