The purpose of this study were 1. To evaluate the teaching and learning management according to the learning model from the experience of information technology and police operations courses. 2. To evaluate the learning achievement of students in Police Sergeant Study, information technology, and police operations courses and satisfaction with the teaching and learning management according to the learning model from the experience of information technology and police operations courses. This is qualitative research. The samples used in the research were Police Sergeant Student, Batch 12, Provincial Police Training Center Region 3 using a ready-made table by Yamane (Taro Yamane), and a sample of 261 subjects were selected by convenience sampling method. The instrument used for data collection was the satisfaction assessment of teaching and learning management based on the experiential learning model and the pre- and post-study test. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The values obtained from the One-Group Pre-test and Post-test Design study plan were tested to determine the difference in test scores of pre- and post-study with a t-test for Paired Samples. Research results revealed that 1. Students were satisfied with the teaching and learning management according to the learning model from the experience of information technology and police operations courses in general at a very high level. When each aspect was considered from most to least, the highest level is course content; the instructor's experience using media and equipment; teaching methods; measuring and evaluating learning outcomes; learning and developing student characteristics. 2.Post-study of academic achievement of police sergeants was significantly higher than pre-study at the .01 level.
