Abstract

The proposes of this research were to  Study of Relationship between Participative Management of Administrators  and the Quality of Teacher’s Work life under  the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 6.The purposes of this research were to identify : 1. study the Participative Management of Administrators  of foundation education schools under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6 , 2. study the Quality of Teacher’s Work life under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6 , and 3. study the relationships between Participative Management of Administrators  and the Quality of Teacher’s Work life under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6. The population of this study were the teachers in schools under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6. The samples were 10 schools. The sample consisted of 256 With Taro Yamane's (1973) prefabricated table opening method at the tolerance level. of randomization in study .05 and confidence level .95,The research instrument was a questionnaire about the Participative Management of Administrators  and the Quality of Teacher’s Work life under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6. The statistic used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient. The findings of this research were as follows :The Participative Management of Administrators  were as a whole was rated at a high level overall.The Quality of Teacher’s Work life were as a whole was rated at a high level.There was high relationships between Participative Management of Administrators  and the Quality of Teacher’s Work life under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 group 6 at 0.05 level.
