Abstract

This research 1. to study the leadership in the digital age of school administrators 2. to study the implementation of the internal quality assurance system 3. to study the digital leadership relationship of school administrators with the implementation of the school's internal quality assurance system and 4. to study the digital era leadership of school administrators affecting the implementation of the internal educational quality assurance system. The sample groups used in this research consisted of School administrators and 169 school administrators and 332 teachers. The tools used for data collection were the questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were Pearson Product’s Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Leadership in the digital age of school administrators the overall level was at a high level. 2) Implementation of the internal quality assurance system of school administrators the overall level was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the digital era leadership of school administrators affecting the implementation of the internal educational quality assurance system of school administrators there was a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level. And 4) Leadership in the digital age of school administrators Under the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Service Area 2, in all 6 areas, namely teamwork and participation (X4), digital technology skills Media usage and understanding of digital vocabulary (X1), communication skills (X5), learning organization and learning creation (X6), vision (X3), and creativity. (X2), predicted performance according to the internal quality assurance system of the schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Area 2, at 82.70%
