Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study workplace happiness, corporate loyalty of 7-Eleven’s employees in Chiang Rai Province and the relationship between them. The data was collected from 350 employees by the online questionnaire. The results showed that. The workplace happiness was at the highest level. Love work aspect was the highest average followed by acceptance and success in work, respectively. The corporate loyalty was at the highest level. The expressed behavior have the highest average followed by perception and feelings of attachment, respectively. The workplace happiness was high positive correlated with corporate loyalty (r = .928) with a statistically significant level of 0.01.
