Guidelines to Develop Leadership Roles in Emergency Situation of School Administrators Under the Office of Ayutthaya Primary Education AREA-2

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of leadership roles in emergency situations of school administrators; and 2) To propose guidelines for developing leadership roles in emergency situations for school administrators. The research was conducted in 2 stage: 1) Studying the level of leadership roles in emergency situations of school administrators. Using a simple random sampling, The sample group consisted of 113 school administrations under the office of Ayutthaya primary education AREA-2. The research instrument randomized by simple random sampling techique was a questionnaire, the reliability was found at 0.98. Statistical analysis was conducted by mean, and standard deviation. 2) Presentation the guidelines for developing leadership roles in emergency situations of school administrators. The key informants, obtained from purposive selection, included 5 experts. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview and the data was analyzed by content analysis techniques.The research results revealed the follows: 1) level of Leadership roles in emergency situations of school administrators was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was the role with Integration of all sectors and the side with the lowest mean was the role with Professional management; and 2) the guidelines for developing leadership roles in emergency situations for school administrators of 32 lists of practice classified into 8 aspects; (1) the role of being a holistic manager consisting of 3 lists; (2) the role of being a proactive manager consisting of 6 lists; (3) the role of a being a risk manager consisting of 6 lists; (4) the role of being an integration manager consisting of 3 lists; (5) the role of being a co-creator manager consisting of 3 lists; (6) the role of being a coordinating manager consisting of 3 lists; (7) the role of being a flexible manager consisting of 4 lists; and (8) the role of being a professional manager consisting of 4 lists.
