Service Quality Influcting People’s Satisfaction with Sub-district Administration Organization in Chachoengsao Province

Abstract

This article was quantitative research article aimed to study 1) Level of service quality 2) Level of satisfaction and 3) Service quality affecting people’s satisfaction with Sub-District Administrative Organization in Chachoengsao Province. The sample group consisted of 400 public users at Sub-District Administrative Organization in Chachoengsao Province. Assessment tool was a questionnaire. Statistics for assessment consisted of Means, Standard Deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method for paired comparison, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result showed 1. The overall service quality for public users at Sub-District Administrative Organization in Chachoengsao Province had average at the highest level, and every aspects were also at the highest level. 2. The overall satisfaction of public users at Sub-District Administrative Organization in Chachoengsao Province had average at the highest level, also in the aspect of trust, and the aspect of corporate branding whereas the aspect of satisfaction was at high level and 3.The service quality consisted of responsiveness, reliability, service convenience, and mutual support had effect on the satisfaction of public users at Sub-District Administrative Organization in Chachoengsao Province.
