Administrating with the Ittibaht 4 of the Administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Department of General Education Under the Office of Prapariyattidhamma Education the General Education Department Area 8

The objectives of this research were 1. to study administrating with the Ittibaht 4 of the administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools , the Department of General Education Under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education District, the Department of General Education, District 8, and 2. to compare the administration with the Ittibaht 4 of the administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, the Department of General Education Under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education District, the Department of General Education, District 8 classified by gender, educational level and work experience. The sample groups used in this research were 193 teachers at Phra pariyattidhamma School Department of General Education Under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area, the Department of General Education, District 8, academic year 2021. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were then analyzed and presented in frequency, percentage, standard deviation, the t-test and ANOVA statistics. The results found that:1. Administrating with the Ittibaht 4 (Four Foundations for Accomplishment) of the administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma School, the Department of General Education Under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area General Education Department, District 8 overall aspects were at a very high level. The rankings were arranged from the highest average to the lowest, namely Chanda, Viriya, Citta and Vimana and 2)The teachers with different status had different opinions on administrating with the Ittibaht 4 of the school administrators at the statistical significance of 0.05 level, and working experiences and the opinions on administrating with the Ittibaht 4 of the school administrators were not different.
