21st Century School Administrators Skills Affecting the Learning Organization's Success Of schools under Bangkok North Krungthon Group

Abstract

This article was quantitative research article aimed  1) to study the skill level of school administrators in the 21st century of schools affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis. Krungthon Nuea Group. 2) To study the success level of learning organization of schools affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis. 3) To study the skills of school administrators in the 21st century that affect the success of the learning organization of schools affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis. North Krungthon Group Data were collected using questionnaires, consisting of School administrators and 322 teachers were questionnaires, data analysis. by determining the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis using a stepwise method.
